Toy Award 2017 - Revell Control X-treme VR Racer

Virtual reality and a remote-controlled car - this combination is particularly exciting for boys and their fathers! The powerful Revell Control X-treme Raver VR Racer is controlled by remote control. Activating the VR goggles opens up completely new perspectives - from the car's point of view. You can drive around the corner and see what is hidden behind the wall. It's as exciting as in the Matrix when you see the car driving towards you. A free app for the glasses is downloaded onto the smartphone, then the cell phone is clamped into the slot provided and you're ready to go. The jury liked it so much that they chose this innovative game idea as the winner of the Teenager & Adults category.

Toy Award 2016 for Revell Junior Kit

Whether fire engine, sleek roadster, racing car, off-road vehicle or police car: With the new Junior Kit line, model making specialist Revell is setting new standards in model making with five attractive car models for kids. For the first time, it is possible to assemble realistically designed models with an intuitive screw system without any effort at all. The concept impressed the expert jury at the Nuremberg Toy Fair, who presented it with the "Toy Award 2016" in the PreSchool category. In addition to the concept, quality and fun, the expert jury also assessed the potential that the new concept has for the market.

Revell Control X-Spy 2.0 awarded as Top10 toy 2015

It is the dream of many amateur photographers: taking impressive pictures and videos from lofty heights. With the new X-Spy 2.0, this is now child's play. With intelligent controls and state-of-the-art technology, you can take impressive pictures that can also be streamed directly to your smartphone thanks to WiFi technology. This also impressed the jury of the German Toy Retailers' Association, who recently voted the X-Spy 2.0 as one of the "Top 10 Toys 2015".

Toy Award 2014 for the Revell Control Mini Quad

Now the smallest in the range is really the biggest. The Nano Quad, a new addition to the Revell Control range, was presented with the coveted Toy Award at the start of the Nuremberg Toy Fair. With the super-agile mini quadrocopter, Revell presents what is probably the smallest of its kind in the world. With a length and width of just 45 mm each and a height of 10 mm, it is not much bigger than a two-euro coin. Thanks to its GHz remote control electronics, however, it is in no way inferior to the larger models in terms of quality. Whether stable take-offs and landings, speed turns or the fastest turns, the mini power pack, which weighs just 11.5 grams and is driven by four powerful electric motors, responds to all control commands at lightning speed. The great control characteristics ultimately also convinced the jury.

Revell models awarded as model vehicles of the year 2013

We are proud that around 15,000 readers of the magazine "Modell Fahrzeug" have voted two of our models "Model Vehicle of the Year". Our New Tool VW Beetle saloon won the award in the "1:24/25 scale passenger car models" category and our model of the VW T1 panel van particularly impressed the readers in the "1:24/25 scale commercial vehicle models" category. We are particularly pleased that we were once again awarded the title "Premium Brand Modellbau" by the readers this year.
